We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join a dynamic growth team in Vilnius.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead the UX/UI design process for mobile apps, web applications, and digital platforms, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Design optimized sales funnels that guide users through the buyer’s journey with ease and maximize conversion rates.
- Work closely with growth and product teams to create digital experiences that align with user needs and business goals.
- Analyze performance data and user behaviour to continuously improve and optimize designs based on insights.
- Keep current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that designs are both innovative and functional.
Core Requirements:
- Professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on apps, digital projects, and sales funnels.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, responsive design, and design systems tools such as Figma.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with growth and product teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
