We seek a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be crucial in building our hiring culture and team. 

You will be our first in-house recruiter, who will help us gradually build up the right recruitment processes and candidate experience. You will contribute significantly to our scaling efforts and directly impact our company growth through full-cycle recruiting, team planning, onboarding, and defining the hiring culture at 360 Mind.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Focusing on candidate experience while managing a full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, interviews, offers, and negotiations.
  • Identify potential talents via headhunting, networking, and proactive search. Build long-term connections and ensure the highest-quality Candidate experience.
  • Dive deep into our recruitment process and continuously look for improvements.
  • Gathering role requirements and recommendations, and clearly understanding the role and candidates’ profiles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers on their hiring strategy and providing analytics and regular updates on current and future roles.

Core Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Recruiting expertise in a startup environment
  • Experience in working directly with C-level executives
  • Experience in negotiating offers and compensation
  • English and Lithuanian language proficiency
