Now, we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer who’s ready to step into a high-trust, high-impact role.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and lead Meta campaign strategy, execution, and scaling, across 6+ digital products in global markets.
• Build your own testing roadmap, from hypotheses to rollout.
• Manage large daily budgets and maximize returns through sharp creative, bidding, and funnel alignment.
• Collaborate with CRO, creative and product teams to optimize end-to-end journeys.
• Identify trends before they show up in dashboards, and act fast.
• Report directly to decision-makers – no middle layers.

This is a builder’s role, perfect if you’re done with micro-management and want full ownership over paid social performance.

Core Requirements

• Over 2 years of managing and scaling Meta ad campaigns with daily budgets starting at €5K.
• Deep understanding of Meta’s full funnel ecosystem (audiences, placements, bidding, attribution).
• You’ve tested, scaled, failed, adjusted, and you thrive in that loop.
• You communicate effectively in creative and data contexts and know how to integrate them.
• You take full ownership. No excuses, no waiting.
• You have navigated through various countries, languages, and funnels, showcasing a remarkable adaptability and resilience.
