We are seeking a Product Marketing & Reputation Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s online presence.

Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the company’s reputation across various platforms (Reddit, Trustpilot, other review sites).
- Communicate product updates, news, and key features to existing customers via emails and notifications.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, assess performance metrics, and respond accordingly to the roadmap.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve our market position.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on product launches and other initiatives.
Core Requirements:
- Experience in online reputation management, social media, or review platform communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers through emails, messages, and notifications.
- Experience in product marketing – ability to present new product features effectively.
- Familiarity with Trustpilot, Reddit, and other review platforms.
