We are seeking a Meta PPC Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Vilnius.
As part of our small, dynamic, and efficient team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to scaling our self-development products globally. In this role, you will manage and optimize Meta PPC campaigns to boost customer acquisition and maximize ROAS. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll refine strategies, test new ideas, and ensure campaigns align with our marketing goals, driving growth and expanding our reach.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Meta PPC campaigns for our digital products to achieve key performance indicators and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and analyze Meta campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ROAS and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to test creative strategies, refine targeting options, and align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record of handling daily budgets of at least €2,000 and scaling campaigns successfully.
- Strong understanding of Meta advertising tools, including Ads Manager, Power Editor, and advanced audience targeting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
