We are seeking a Performance Ads Video Editor to join a dynamic growth team in Vilnius.
As part of our small, dynamic, and efficient team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our scaling efforts and make a direct impact on producing and optimizing video content to drive user engagement. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll create impactful ads, analyze performance data, and refine content. Your skills in video editing and motion graphics will deliver high-quality, conversion-focused videos that support our digital advertising strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality video content for performance marketing campaigns.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of video concepts.
- Leverage video performance data to optimize and improve content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and social media content.
Core Requirements:
- 3-4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio of video content, with an emphasis on video ads (online or offline).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and experience working with data insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
