Online Reputation Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage our entire online reputation ecosystem across different social platforms
• Monitor what people say, think, and feel about our brand and products, and dive into recurring topics, user sentiment, and search visibility
• Build a tight collaboration loop with other teams and prepare clear insight reports based on what’s happening across channels
• Experiment with new methods to improve sentiment, visibility, and overall platforms activity
• Maintain a consistent tone and presence across all public-facing channels

What You’ll Bring

• Experience working with social media platforms, online communities, or user-facing channels
• Basic SEO understanding and how search visibility connects to user sentiment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a consistent, clear tone
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with reviews, patterns, search data, and user behavior
• Understanding how platforms like Trustpilot, App Store, Google Reviews, Reddit work + ability to extract and interpret data
• Familiarity with automation tools and/or email tools like Klaviyo
• Ownership mindset, proactivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
