Email Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who knows that email is so much more than a pretty newsletter. If you get a thrill from testing subject lines, tracking click rates, and finding where the funnel breaks – this one’s for you.

Email is one of our most important revenue channels. You’ll be the person making sure we hit our targets – not by blasting promo codes but by building smart flows, running sharp A/B tests, and figuring out what actually works.

It’s a technical role, but a strategic one too – you’ll need both curiosity and execution skills to win here.

Your Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the email marketing strategy across multiple products
• Build and scale automated flows that actually convert
• Define and test bold hypotheses to improve performance across the funnel
• Spot drop-off points and turn them into growth opportunities
• Keep a close eye on data and know what to do when something’s off
• Make sure every email hits the inbox, not the spam folder
• Stay curious, stay testing, stay iterating

Core Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience owning and scaling email as a growth channel
• Deep understanding of Klaviyo and automation tools – you’ve built flows, not just edited them
• Strong data instincts – you don’t just read metrics, you act on them
• Experience working with quiz-based funnels or complex customer journeys
• Sharp hypothesis-driven mindset – you test, learn, and adapt fast
• Clear and effective written communication in English
• Organized, independent, and genuinely driven to make email perform
• Comfortable juggling multiple products and adapting messaging to each
