Now, we’re looking for an ambitious R&D Project Manager to take ownership of our newest product ideas – from early hypothesis to a validated MVP.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and drive new product initiatives, taking them from an early idea to a validated opportunity.
• Constantly look for new opportunities and ways to make things work, rather than settling for the first answer.
• Set direction, define priorities, and keep projects moving forward even when the path isn’t obvious.
• Build a strong testing approach, learn fast from results, and keep iterating until you find what works.
• Dig into markets, customers, competitors, and performance to understand where the real potential is.
• Use AI and modern tools to move faster, explore more possibilities, and make better decisions.
• Take setbacks as information – adjust, find another angle, and keep pushing toward the outcome.
• Work directly with the founder, taking full ownership of your projects, decisions, and results.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast moving digital, marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Strong commercial and marketing mindset – you naturally think about growth, customer demand and business potential.
• A track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives forward, not just contributing to them.
• Ambitious and persistent, when something doesn’t work, you dig deeper, change the approach and keep going.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make clear decisions based on data and business context.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation – you test, learn fast, adapt and try again.
• Highly independent and proactive – you don’t wait for someone to tell you what the next step should be.
• Comfortable using AI and modern digital tools to research, analyze and work more effectively.
• You thrive in an environment with high expectations, fast pace and real responsibility for results.
