We are seeking a Video Creative Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team in Vilnius.
As part of our small, dynamic, and efficient team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our scaling efforts and make a direct impact on producing high-performing video content for digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for leading video projects, collaborating with designers, freelancers, and stakeholders to ensure outstanding results.

Your responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed video briefs.
- Analyze ad performance and use data insights to drive creative decisions.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Oversee and manage video designers, ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage freelance video editors.
- Order user-generated content (UGC) and oversee its implementation.
- Set clear objectives (OKRs) for your team and conduct regular one-on-ones.
Core Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in writing video briefs and managing video content.
- Proven experience in leading both in-house teams and freelancers.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Experience working with digital products and the US market.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with tools such as Redtrack, Motion.app, GSuite, Milanote, Asana, Slack, Adobe Suite, and AI-powered video tools.
- Video editing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
